Spring 2023
Coffee Hour / Café Venezolano

Coffee Hour is a recurring virtual get-together to discuss different topics of interest. We have ready for you interviews, podcasts, workshops, social gatherings, and more opportunities to virtually promote connection and the well-being of the community. Topics we've covered so far include: finance, bilingualism, self-care and stress relief, and financial wellness 101. Contact us if there is a specific topic you'd like us to present!

All events will be conducted in Spanish. There will be an in-person and online option for the Cafecitos.

Cultural Afternoon / Tarde Cultural

This Cultural Afternoon will be full of live music, guided painting classes for all ages, an art gallery, guided walks through the park, storytelling for children, food sales, and a mini-bazaar with handmade products by Venezuelan entrepreneurs in Oregon. This event is sponsored by: THPRD, Venezuela's Voice in Oregon, Criollo Paintings, and the Regional Arts and Culture Council.

We will have Venezuelan musicians, Venezuelan painters, a gallery of Venezuelan landscapes for sale, stories in Spanish from Venezuelan culture, and more. This is our 3rd year organizing this event with THPRD at Jenkins Estate!
