•We are a registered non-profit organization in The State of Oregon since December 2014. •We obtained the501(c)(3) non-profit organization status in 2015. That way, we can continue helping our community here in Oregon and beyond. Our organization is Cultural-Educational & Humanitarian Aid.
CULTURAL & EDUCATIONAL
We had our Fiest Venezuelan Festival in partnership with Tears of Joy Co. @ Oaks Park Pavillion on August, 2018.
We have had more than 12 gathering events and fundraising as: pot-lucks, dinners, lunches, piñatas, as well collaborated to organize groups to enjoy: baseball games, dances, movies and concerts where Venezuelans participated and/or performed here in Oregon (2014-2019).
•48 Religious services dedicated to Venezuela (2014-2019). •6 Educational forums about Venezuela in high school (2014-2019). •Connected around 700 Venezuelans in and out of Oregon (2014-2019).
We were able to provide a $2,500 Scholarship for a Latino/Hispanic University Student in the State of Oregon for 2017.We were able to give the educational scholarship to an Oregon College student through Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber.After our efforts to collect these funds the recipient of our scholarship for 2017 was Jocksana Corona. Her Oregon University matched this donation.
We are able to provide a $1,500 Scholarship to a Latino/Hispanic University Student in the State of Oregon for 2018. The recepient for the 2018 was Sley Vega. Her Oregon University will matched this donation. Congratulations!

On August 5, 2018 we celebrated our culture in the Venezuelan Festival @ Oaks Park. It was a Cultural Event-Free admission- Family Event. Partnering with Tears of Joy Co.
HUMANITARIAN AID TO VENEZUELA
We have sent donations to Caracas (Capital), Boconó (Merida State); as well to San Fernando de Apure, in Apure State, Maracay and Valencia in Carabobo state, Sta. Rita & Maracaibo in Zulia State. Donations of medical supplies, hygiene products, food supplies and hospital supplies (2014-2018). •We have sent 1,430 lb of products of high need as Humanitarian Aid to Venezuela (2014-2018). •We have donated in much needed supplies obtained from gifts and donations more than $ 70,300.50 to the elderly and pregnant teenagers, cancer patients, to children's hospital and to 400 families affected in Venezuela(2014-2019). We have provided food and special meals for La Pedregosa Community in Maracay for 200 children suffering of malnutrition (2018).
We have donated so far since 2014 to the following centers that attends to the Elderly and Children in need: Hogar San José, Caracas (Nursing Home) Hogar Santa Cruz, Valencia (Nursing Home) Hogar San Vicente de Paul, Maracaibo (Nursing Home) Clínica Baruta, Caracas (Children and Enderly Hospital) Hospital Universitario, Caracas (Hospital) Hospital San Juan de Dios, Caracas (Children's Hospital) Fundación Acción Social, Boconó (Community Outreach) Acofim, Maracay (Community Outreach) Fundación Pequeño Angel, Maracaibo (Community Outreach)
•We welcomed and gave hospitality to 30 students from Venezuela coming from the Universidad Simón Bolívar and 12 from the Universidad de Carabobo, both from Venezuela (2015). And to 8 students from Universidad Simón Bolívar (2018). These students came to participate in a competition called "BajaSae 2018" in Oregon.
